A longstanding hair salon has closed at the White Rose Shopping Centre - with a new retailer set to move in.
Supercuts, a franchise with salons across the UK, US and Canada, has confirmed its salon in the Leeds shopping centre has closed today (Monday June 1).
The services will be relocated to the Supercuts salon at the Trinity Walk shopping centre in Wakefield, Supercuts said, after the White Rose announced plans for a new retailer to move into the unit.
A Supercuts spokesperson said: “Supercuts hair salon in the White Rose Shopping Centre will be closing on Monday (June 1) and relocating to Supercuts Wakefield.
“White Rose Shopping Centre served notice of the closure with plans to replace the longstanding hair salon with another retailer.
The White Rose Shopping Centre has been approached for comment.
