New restaurant with robot servers confirms opening date at the White Rose Leeds
The new restaurant will be the chain’s largest in the UK
A new restaurant with robot servers is heading to the White Rose Shopping Centre - and it’s just confirmed its opening date.
Artisan dessert brand Rassam's Creamery will open a new restaurant at the Leeds shopping centre next week, located on The Balcony, near the entrance to The Village.
It will offer handcrafted gelato, waffles, crepes, cookie dough and other sweet treats, and will use robot servers to deliver food to guests.

The menu will include fresh juices, hot or iced coffees, and trend-led desserts such as Tajin-spiced mango and strawberry dip cups, with both vegan and gluten-free options available.
Rassam’s White Rose restaurant will be the chain’s largest venue so far at 3,442 square feet. It will have seating for more than 250 diners and the opening will create more than 50 new jobs.
The restaurant will open from 11am on Friday July 31, and all food and drinks will be half price on the opening day.
It will then open from 9am-11pm, seven days a week.
