Yorkshire pizza lovers are counting down the days until they can grab a slice of authentic Neapolitan pizza, as a much-loved pizzeria prepares to open the doors on its newest location.
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana will open its Harrogate restaurant on John Street on Saturday, April 11, with bookings now live giving fans the chance to secure a table at one of the regions most anticipated openings.
Rudy’s Harrogate takes over the former Banyan Bar and Restaurant, transforming the 2,800-square-foot space into a light, minimalist pizzeria that seats around 120 diners inside, with an additional 35 outdoors.
The new venue combines a relaxed, modern atmosphere with the chain’s hallmark warm hospitality.
To celebrate the launch, thousands of locals have already signed up for the Rudy’s Pizza on Us giveaway, offering 3,000 free pizzas to early fans who register through Rudy’s website.
Opening night will also see Rudy’s host a special charity evening in partnership with the Harrogate Homeless Project, with profits supporting the charity’s work to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable individuals move toward independent living.

Since opening its first restaurant in Manchester in 2015, Rudy’s has expanded to 36 pizzerias nationwide, including York, central Leeds, and Chapel Allerton.
The Harrogate venue is Rudy’s second opening of 2026, with further expansions planned for later in the year.
Fans can expect classic Neapolitan pizzas such as Marinara, Margherita, and Calabrese, alongside rotating specials inspired by iconic pizzerias around the world.
To complement the menu, Rudy’s Harrogate will also serve Italian spritzes, crisp Poretti lager, and classic stirred cocktails, the perfect accompaniment to a true taste of Naples in the heart of Yorkshire.
