These were the best schools in Leeds for GCSE results in 2025.
As year 11 pupils begin to relax after the 2026 GCSE exam season ended last week, we have taken a look at the Department for Education’s Attainment 8 scores 2024/25 performance data for state-funded secondary schools across Leeds.
Scores are based on how well pupils have performed in up to eight qualifications, which include English, maths, three English Baccalaureate subjects including sciences, computer science, history, geography and languages, and three other additional approved GCSEs.
We have created a league table ranking the 18 highest-performing secondary schools in Leeds based on their final Attainment 8 scores for the 2024/25 academic year.
