The garden will provide a calm, inclusive space for children

Jamie Jones-Buchanan has opened a new sensory garden at a primary school in Leeds.

The Leeds Rhinos legend, and a key supporter of the Leeds Learning Alliance, officially opened the new sensory garden at Rosebank Primary School in Woodhouse on Monday.

Part of the school’s commitment to meeting the needs of all its pupils, including those with special educational needs, the garden has been thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, inclusive space where children can learn, explore and thrive.

Jones-Buchanan opened the new space alongside the Lord Mayor of Leeds, Councillor Stephen Holroyd.

Yorkshire Evening Post photographer Gerard Binks attended the opening...
