GCSE exam season is underway for students across Leeds.
As year 11 pupils desperately cram for their GCSE exams, we have taken a look at the Department for Education’s Attainment 8 scores 2024/25 performance data for state-funded secondary schools across Leeds.
Scores are based on how well pupils have performed in up to eight qualifications, which include English, maths, three English Baccalaureate subjects including sciences, computer science, history, geography and languages, and three other additional approved GCSEs.
So as students begin sitting their exams, we have created a league table ranking the 13 highest-performing secondary schools in Leeds based on their final Attainment 8 scores for the 2024/25 academic year. Take a look below and see whether your child’s school is on the list...
