Bake Off: The Professionals star Oliver Dunn is bringing hands-on family chocolate workshops to Trinity Leeds this month

Trinity Leeds is preparing to serve up a sweet treat for families this summer holiday, bringing a star of television's Bake Off: The Professionals to the city for a series of exclusive, interactive culinary masterclasses.

Professional chocolatier Oliver Dunn - famously known to television audiences and food fans as ‘Oli the Choc’ - will host hands-on chocolate workshops designed specifically for aspiring young chocolatiers and parents seeking creative activities during the school break.

The child-friendly sessions offer participants a rare chance to learn expert crafting techniques in a fun, interactive setting.

Guided by Dunn, children will discover how to work with chocolate, craft their own bespoke confectionery, and take home their handmade creations at the end of the session.

As part of the experience, visitors can also enter 'The Great Chocolate Challenge'. Guests will be invited to snap a photo of their finished chocolate masterpiece and submit it via an in-centre QR code, entering a competition to win a £100 Trinity Leeds gift card.

Commenting on the arrival, Steven Foster, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Oliver Dunn to Trinity Leeds this summer for a series of exclusive chocolate workshops. The masterclasses form part of a broader programme of free holiday activities staged across the shopping destination throughout August.

In addition to the chocolate sessions, families can drop into free Craft Club workshops running daily in The Study, or test their skills on the city-wide giant Trivial Pursuit challenge stationed under the main atrium.
