Award-winning Leeds restaurant Bundobust revamps menu with new dishes and returning favourites

Leeds restaurant Bundobust has introduced its biggest menu revamp yet, featuring revamped classics and new dishes inspired by India's street food scene 🍴

Leeds favourite Bundobust has unveiled its biggest menu shake-up since opening in the city 12 years ago, featuring revamped classics and brand-new dishes inspired by India’s vibrant street food scene.

The team at the Mill Hill restaurant, which first launched in Leeds in 2014, has spent the past two years travelling across India and the UK to gain a “true feel” for what Indian communities are cooking both at home and on the streets.

Hungry guests can expect bite-sized Vada Pav Sliders - completely redesigned with sharing in mind - alongside melt-in-the-mouth Galouti Kebab and the return of a Bundo classic, Pav Bhaji.

Reassuring returning customers, the team behind the award-winning restaurant has confirmed that fan favourites Okra Fries and Paneer Tikka will remain on the menu.

“Behind the scenes,” the team added, “our chefs have delved into the archives of limited-edition dishes and one-off specials, selecting customers’ most-loved recipes and using them as inspiration for brand-new creations, such as the zingy Masala Makai Ribs and Indo-Chinese-inspired Manchurian Wings.”

With a menu designed for sharing and pairing, the restaurant has also launched a brand-new beer set to join Bundobust Brewery’s core line-up: CHACHA - a chai stout brewed with oats, roasted malts and Bundobust’s own blend of spices.

Cocktail lovers can also enjoy new additions, including a Mango Martini and a Ginger Paloma. Those looking for an alcohol-free option can try the all-new Chilli Pineapple Soda mocktail.

The new menu is available now at Bundobust in Mill Hill, Leeds.
