A Burger King restaurant in Leeds is giving away 1,000 burgers today as it reopens following a major glow up.
The takeaway spot on York Road has officially reopened its doors today (Tuesday) and hungry locals are being urged to head down for one of the 1,000 free Whopper or Chicken Royale burgers being given out.
The revamped Leeds York Road restaurant will feature table service and a new menu. The opening hours have also been extended for the York Road site and it will now be open from 9am until 1am for drive-thru and home delivery, with dine-in available from 9am to 10pm.

Restaurant manager Manuel said: “We’re excited to reopen our Leeds York Road restaurant and welcome back both familiar faces and new customers.
“The refresh has completely transformed the space, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience it. “
Orders for delivery can be made on the Burger King app or through delivery services such as JustEat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
Burger King UK has also launched the Slurp-Prize, which gives customers the chance to win various prizes by buying a drink and playing a game through the app until February 22.
