15 first-look pictures inside new Chapel Allerton restaurant India Bistro - as opening date confirmed

India Bistro will open on Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, on Monday December 1 - following months of renovation work at the former Aagrah site.

The UAE and India-based restaurant brand promises authentic Indian dishes and bold cocktails. From the bustling lanes of Delhi and Punjab to the royal kitchens of Awadh, the menu will celebrate regional dishes from north India and beyond.

India Bistro is being brought to the UK in a partnership between hospitality investment specialist AVT Capital and Foodlink Global Restaurants (India and UAE).

AVT Capital co-founder, Shubhangi Thaker, said: “We’re thrilled to introduce India Bistro to the UK and begin this India Bistro journey in Leeds, a city that truly appreciates great food and diverse dining experiences.
