Each month, inspectors from the Food Safety Agency visits dozens of restaurants, takeaways and cafes around Leeds. Restaurants are given a rating from 0 to 5 based on standards observed at the time of inspection.
The inspector rates businesses based on food handling, the condition of the premises and management of food safety, with 5 being very good and 0 requiring immediate action.
Last month, a number of restaurants and takeaways impressed inspectors during their inspection, earning the top score.
