Five new food vendors arrive in Leeds city centre this week - including Yorkshire Wagyu burgers
Five exciting new food vendors have arrived in Leeds city centre this week.
Trinity Kitchen has this week (March 30) welcomed a fresh line-up of mouth-watering offerings, including pan-Asian chicken, Yorkshire Wagyu burgers, and Canadian poutine.
Located at Trinity Leeds, the food hall’s latest additions include Jimmy Macks, Luigi Street Food Italiano, Spuds & Bro’s, Wagyu Lookin’ At?, and Yoi Fried Chicken.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “This spring, we’re celebrating a vibrant mix of returning favourites and much-loved flavours. Guests can choose from comforting classics to crowd-pleasing finds.”
Yoi Fried Chicken will serve bao buns filled with crispy pan-Asian fried chicken, coated in a creamy sauce and topped with crunchy garnishes. Hungry patrons can also enjoy Asian-inspired burgers paired with fluffy fries.
Those looking for something more indulgent need look no further than Wagyu Lookin’ At?, which is serving Yorkshire Wagyu smash burgers alongside dirty loaded fries topped with 12-16-hour smoked meats.
Returning to Trinity Kitchen, fan favourite Jimmy Macks will once again serve slow-cooked tacos topped with their popular dipping sauce, as well as loaded fries in a variety of flavours.
Bringing its own take on Italian favourites, Luigi Street Food Italiano is taking up residence at Trinity Kitchen with a menu featuring slow-cooked beef ragù, béchamel and Parmesan lasagne, and focaccia sandwiches with a selection of toppings, including pulled pork, grilled chicken Caesar, and caprese.
At Spuds & Bro’s, Canada’s number one comfort food - poutine - is served with a range of toppings, including fried chicken, pulled pork, and smoky bacon, all coated in homemade gravy and squeaky cheese curds.
The new line-up of food vendors will be available at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday, May 31, joining permanent eateries including Archie’s, Clapping Seoul, Pho, Pizzaluxe, Rola Wala, and Thatziki.
