Leeds cocktail bar and restaurant Nyla's to open second venue in Chapel Allerton in 2026
One of Leeds’ newest nightlife destinations is set for expansion just over a year after opening in the city centre.
Nyla’s, a popular city centre location serving brunch, cocktails and late-night live DJ-sessions, has announced plans for a second venue in Chapel Allerton.
The restaurant and bar opened on Briggate in October 2024 and underwent a major refurbishment in recent months ahead of its first birthday.

Launching in the north Leeds suburb in the coming months, Nyla’s has taken over the former Bricklebank’s cafe, which announced its shock closure in October.
The new site promises “vibrant interiors, standout cocktails, relaxed dining, and the kind of atmosphere that turns a quick drink into an unforgettable night.”
The team added: “Expect beautifully designed spaces, seasonal menus, late-night energy at the weekends, and a warm, welcoming team from day one.
“We are putting the final touches together behind the scenes and cannot wait to introduce something truly special to the area.”
Nyla’s Chapel Allerton is scheduled to open in early 2026.
