The Food Standards Agency regularly assesses eateries across the country to ensure they meet national food safety laws.
After inspection, a business is given a Food Hygiene Rating based on food handling, storage, and preparation, the cleanliness of facilities, and how food safety is managed.
Scored between zero and five, a Food Hygiene Rating reflects the standard of food hygiene found at the time of inspection.
