From today (July 27), visitors can choose from Singaporean dishes, Venezuelan arepas, American-style comfort food and Irish-inspired spice bags.

Making its Trinity Kitchen debut is Hoi Polloi, serving Singaporean hawker-style food including halal chicken satay, chicken rice sets and a selection of sides and desserts.

Also joining the line-up for the first time is Hermanos Caliente, which specialises in gluten-free Mexican tacos, including birria and carnitas as well as vegetarian options.

Hot Butter is bringing American classics such as Philly cheesesteaks, chicken wings and loaded fries.

Returning to Trinity Kitchen is Doles Dirty Bags, known for its Irish-inspired spice bags featuring seasoned chicken, chips, peppers and onions tossed in spices.

Completing the new line-up is 7 Star Flag, serving Venezuelan arepas filled with slow-cooked meats or halloumi.

The five traders will be serving customers seven days a week until September 27.
