The final eight homes at a £42m housing development near Leeds have been released for sale.
Avant Homes North Yorkshire has put the remaining properties at Bishop’s Quarter on Argurs Road on the market, with prices starting at £285,000.
The development, close to Sherburn-in-Elmet village centre, will eventually provide 187 homes.
The final properties include three-bedroom semi-detached homes and five-bedroom detached houses, with the most expensive remaining home priced at £525,000.

Selected plots are also being offered with incentives including a five per cent deposit contribution, paid stamp duty and part exchange.
One of the final homes available is the five-bedroom Appleton house type.
It has a large living room, a snug which could be used as a home office or playroom, a WC and storage space on the ground floor.
There is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area with integrated appliances, while two sets of French doors open onto the rear garden.
The property has a utility room with a separate outside door.
Upstairs, two of the five bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining three bedrooms are served by the family bathroom.
Dan Hardcastle, sales and marketing director at Avant Homes North Yorkshire, said: “Bishop’s Quarter has proven hugely popular since we first started selling at the development, with just eight homes now remaining.
“All of our homes are practically designed to suit the modern lifestyles of today’s homeowners, with flexible living spaces and being energy efficient.”
The development is close to Sherburn-in-Elmet railway station, with direct train services providing links towards York and other destinations.
Mr Hardcastle added: “Sherburn-in-Elmet is a great location for anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of village life while still being well connected to the city.”
The final homes are now available to buy at Bishop’s Quarter.
