The second phase of homes in a sought-after east Leeds development have been released.
Centurion Fields, on Manston Lane near Cross Gates, will eventually include 200 new homes, with a range of three and four-bedroom properties now available.
The development is being built on the edge of open countryside, while also offering easy access to Leeds city centre, local parks and amenities and the wider motorway network.
It will be close to the planned Thorpe Park Rail Station, which will create a new link between east Leeds and the city centre.

Steve Jackson, sales director at Redrow Yorkshire, said the development had proved popular with buyers because of its location.
He said: “We’re very happy to be announcing the launch of our second phase of homes at Centurion Fields.
“The development has proven to be very popular amongst buyers thanks to its best of both worlds’ location.
“Positioned on the edge of open countryside and close to nearby parks and amenities, it also benefits from excellent links into Leeds and the surrounding motorway network. This connectivity will be further boosted as plans progress for Thorpe Park Rail Station.”
The homes at Centurion Fields are also among the first Redrow properties in Yorkshire to feature the housebuilder’s Eco Electric specification.
The system uses air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water instead of a traditional gas boiler.
Homes currently on sale include the three-bedroom Warwick, with prices starting from £425,000.
The property features a kitchen and dining area spanning the width of the home, a separate lounge and cloakroom, while upstairs there are three bedrooms, an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom.
A three-storey Lincoln is also available, with prices starting from £420,000.
It includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area, separate lounge and downstairs cloakroom, with four bedrooms spread across the first and second floors.
Redrow is also offering incentives for buyers, including its Key Worker Deposit Contribution, which provides a contribution towards the deposit for eligible frontline workers and armed forces personnel.
Mr Jackson said: “We have a number of incentives available to help make homeownership more accessible and achievable, whether buyers are taking their first step onto the property ladder or looking to purchase a bigger property to suit their lifestyle.
“These include our Key Worker Deposit Contribution, which provides thousands towards a deposit for frontline workers.
“The deposit contributions are our way of recognising the dedication and service of key workers and armed forces personnel.”
