Potscodes across the county have been ranked according to how much demand there is from house buyers, and, therefore, how quickly your home is likely to sell.
The latest weather report-style PropCast map, produced by TheAdvisory, shows which parts of Yorkshire are hottest and coldest.
The coldest postcode area, where it is hardest to sell your house, is Leeds LS3, followed by Hull HU1 and Leeds LS2.
Below are the nine hottest postcodes in Yorkshire, according to the PropCast map, listed in reverse order.
The rankings are topped by an area not traditionally considered to be one of Yorkshire’s most desirable places to live, but where house prices are much lower.
But one of the county’s most sought-after postcodes, with some of its most expensive homes, also makes the top nine.
Is your neighbourhood on the list? And where do you think is the best place to live in Yorkshire, if money were no object?
