These are the 17 most affluent areas in Leeds - according to the latest government figures

Is your neighbourhood on the list?

Official figures released by the government have revealed the most affluent areas of Leeds.

The 2025 Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government's index of deprivation measures neighbourhoods according to a range of criteria including average levels of income, employment, and crime rates.

The areas with the lowest scores have the least deprivation and can be deemed the most affluent areas of a city.

We've broken down the data by Lower Super Output Area, a geographic area covering a small neighbourhood of the city.

Here are the 17 neighbourhoods with the lowest deprivation index score.
