We’re on the search for Leeds’ Top Dog 🐶

From four-legged fashionistas to muddy-pawed mischief-makers, the search is on to find the dog that truly deserves to be crowned Leeds’ Top Dog.

We’re calling on proud owners across the city to nominate the canine companion they believe has the looks, personality, charm - and perhaps a little bit of star quality - to take the title.

The Yorkshire Evening Post has teamed up with DogFest on the Farm, which will be held at Harewood House next month, to give a special prize to the city’s top pooch.

We’re giving you the chance to win two tickets including upgrades - worth over £130 in value - to attend the festival celebrating man’s best friend.

From giant ball pits to agility courses and celebrity cooking demonstrations, one of Yorkshire’s biggest celebrations of dogs will return to the Leeds stately home.

Celebrity TV chef James Martin will be joining a packed programme designed for both pets and their owners.

A true celebration of all things canine, the event schedule is packed full of events and enrichment to share with your pup alongside delicious local food, Yorkshire makers, and entertaining displays.

And we want you to send us your pictures of your pooch for a special poll to crown Leeds’ very own Top Dog.
