Man arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after incidents in Leeds town
Police are investigating potentially connected incidents
A 40-year-old man has been arrested following a series of indecent exposure incidents in Leeds.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police confirmed the arrest today (April 24), stating the suspect is being held in police custody in connection with an incident earlier this month.
The investigation has now widened, with detectives from Leeds Safeguarding conducting enquiries into several other potentially connected reports in the area.

Police have said there has been concern in the local community following the reports, particularly those who frequent Rothwell’s parks and trails for exercise.
Officers are now appealing for any further victims or witnesses to come forward to help build a full picture of the incidents.
Inspector Mark Lund, of the Leeds South Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT), said: “We understand that there is some concern in the local community, particularly among those who use the local green spaces for walking and running.
“We have got a man in custody, and our safeguarding colleagues are conducting enquiries into what has been reported already. I would urge anyone who has been the victim of an offence of this nature or who has any information that could assist our enquiries to please get in contact.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police via the Live Chat function or by calling 101.
Those getting in touch with information that could assist the ongoing investigation are asked to quote crime reference number 13260216006.
