A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Extensive enquiries by officers identified the vehicle involved and both parties were traced.
“It was established the incident had been a domestic argument. The woman involved was found to be safe and well. A 29-year-old man from Bradford was arrested on suspicion of assault but later released without charge.”
