Lloyd Webber's Cats musical heading for Leeds Grand Theatre
Andrew Lloyd Webber's acclaimed musical Cats is coming to Leeds Grand Theatre direct from its runs at the London Palladium.
The 2015 Olivier Award-nominated production, which is based on TS Eliot’s Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, returned to the West End in 2014 under the watch of the original creative team.
Cats, one of the longest-running shows in the West End and on Broadway, received its world premiere at the New London Theatre in 1981 where it played for 21 record-breaking years and almost 9,000 performances.
The show will run in Leeds from June 20 to July 2. Tickets from £23 are available at leedsgrandtheatre.com.
