13 pictures as excited fans get the chance to meet Jane McDonald at HMV Wakefield

Jane visited her hometown for a special album signing event in Trinity Walk to celebrate the release of her new album ‘Living The Dream’.

Fans queued in the shopping centre, and guaranteed access to the signings could be secured by pre-ordering the album through HMV’s website. The event sold out earlier this week.

The HMV Wakefield signing is one of only four taking place across the country, with other events taking place in London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Jane told us: “I’m shocked every time I see crowds. I must admit, I’m as excited at seeing everybody out there as, hopefully, they are to see me.

“I’m so grateful and so proud to be from Wakefield. To see this response is absolutely incredible.”
