A limited time early-bird offer has opened for entering the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon 2027.
Following a hugely successful return to the streets of Leeds, runners inspired by the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon are being encouraged to sign up now, before early-bird entries close this Sunday.
The much-loved event will return on Sunday, May 9 2027, after a sell-out 2026 edition which, alongside the Leeds Half Marathon, saw more than 15,000 runners take part. The event showcased the very best of Leeds’ atmosphere, community spirit and passion for running.
That spirit was felt throughout race weekend, as thousands of spectators, volunteers and entertainers lined the route to cheer runners on from start to finish. The result was an electric city-centre atmosphere and an unforgettable experience for participants of all abilities.

Tristan Batley-Kyle, Operations Director at Run For All, said: “After the incredible success of the 2026 Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon, we’re delighted to have officially opened entries for the 2027 event, with a limited-time early-bird offer available until midnight on Sunday.
“The atmosphere across Leeds last weekend was outstanding. From the runners on the course to the volunteers, spectators and entertainers lining the route, the city truly came together and showcased its incredible sense of community. We’d encourage anyone inspired by what they saw to sign up now and be part of what promises to be another unforgettable day.
“Inclusivity sits at the heart of everything we do at Run For All. The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience, and whether you’re taking on your first marathon or chasing a personal best, you’ll receive the warmest of welcomes on the streets of Leeds.”
Anyone keen to be part of that experience next year is encouraged to act quickly. Until midnight on Sunday, May 17, runners can secure a full marathon place for £55, offering a significant saving ahead of the standard entry price.
Delivered by Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All, the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, regardless of age, ability, pace or personal goal. Whether stepping up to a first marathon or chasing a new personal best, runners are invited to take part in one of Leeds’ most iconic events.
Fundraising also remains at the heart of the marathon. Over the last four years, the event has helped raise an incredible £14.1 million for charities across the country, with the 2027 edition set to continue building on that powerful legacy.
With early-bird places already in demand, anyone inspired by the energy, atmosphere and impact of the 2026 event is encouraged to sign up now and secure their discounted place before prices increase.
