Cricket fans have descended on Headingley Stadium today (August 19) as England take on Pakistan in the highly anticipated opening Test match of the series.
From die-hard supporters in traditional whites to fancy-dress groups and early crowds filling out the stands, the atmosphere across Headingley is electric for day one of the international action.
Our photographer, Gerard Binks, has been out around the ground and outside the turnstiles capturing the pre-match buzz, sea of flags, and excitement as thousands make their way into the stadium.
