As it is now January, Veganuary has begun for those who are curious to change their lifestyle.

The Yorkshire Post has asked Jono what his favourite vegan restaurants are in Yorkshire, he said: “For fine dining experience for vegan diners, menus and wine flights created especially to cater for any special occasion. There is also a mid-week menu and a Sunday lunch option available too.

“Bondobust - for Indian infused vegan dishes, Prashad specialises in vegetarian menus however it does have vegan options available and Doner Summers for vegan street food.”

His go-to vegan dish is a seven and five course tasting menu with dishes such as roast courgette on a bed of lychee finished with Thai green curry and crushed peanuts.

There’s also a coconut and mango with fresh lime zest and star anise spiced carrot with raisin puree and broken walnuts.
