They won on Wednesday, May 27 and Saturday, May 30 respectively. They join the likes of Fern Chase, Scarcroft and West Lea Close, Meanwood among May’s winners, following a six week winless streak for the city.

The winless run was initially brought to an end by Old Road, Pudsey and Lulworth Close, Cross Gates at the beginning of the month.

April’s winless streak, brought to an end a lucky spell for Leeds after five streets were named among march’s winners, with four and eight named winners in January and February respectively.

The People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which costs £12.25 per month to play. People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.

At least 33 per cent of the ticket price goes to a worthy cause and players of the People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £1.2billion to date for charities and organisations.
