Sir Kev arrived in Leeds ahead of schedule on day 4 of his 7 in 7 challenge
This was the moment that Sir Kevin Sinfield arrived at Headingley Stadium on the latest leg of his charity ultramarathon challenge.
Welcomed by a huge crowd and a choir, the Leeds Rhinos legend arrived at the stadium ahead of schedule. Having set off from Wakefield earlier this morning (September 30), Sir Kev is passing through Leeds on day four of his latest 7 in 7 as he raises money for Motor Neurone Disease.
Eager fans had flocked to Headingley Stadium throughout the morning to await his arrival and huge cheers could be heard as he approached the ground. He was wrapped up in a coat before heading inside.

The footage shows the warm welcome he received from the gathered crowd, who were also awaiting the moment he returned to address them. Sir Kev is then due to return to the road and will pass through Pudsey before continuing on his way.
He was five minutes ahead of schedule after making good time on the road during the morning.
Day four of his 7 in 7 challenge will finish in Huddersfield this afternoon. He started the day at the DIY Kitchen Stadium, Belle Vue, where he had been surprised by the Prince and Princess of Wales on Tuesday (September 29).
