Bramhope and Barwick-in-Elmet streets rejoice after joining list of People's Postcode Lottery winners in Leeds
Two streets in Leeds are celebrating after being named among the city’s People’s Postcode Lottery winners last week.
Players living on South Mead, Bramhope (LS16 9DX) and Leeds Road, Barwick-in-Elmet (LS15 4JE) were named among the People’s Postcode Lottery’s daily prize winners on Sunday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 10 respectively.
They were named among 20 daily winners and joined Kentmere Avenue, Seacroft among Leeds’s winners for December.

Winning residents have scooped £1,000 per ticket, up to a maximum of £6,000, and the winnings will soon arrive in their bank accounts.
10 lucky streets were named among Leeds’s November winners, while eight more were named among October’s daily winners. 19 streets claimed victories across August and September.
The People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which costs £12.25 per month to play. People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
At least 33 per cent of the ticket price goes to a worthy cause and players of the People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £1.2billion to date for charities and organisations.
