This chilly robin in Yorkshire was snapped snuggling in a wildlife lover's hair for warmth
A wildlife fan enjoyed a heartwarming encounter with a chilly robin - captured perfectly in an adorable photo.
Keen photographer Fay Wadsworth, aged 31, was visiting Yorkshire Wildlife Park when the friendly bird came and nestled into the warmth of her hair on Monday, January 5.

She said: "I was blessed by this very friendly and presumably cold robin at Yorkshire Wildlife Park, who decided my hair was the perfect nestling spot.
"I was stood by the Amur leopard enclosure waiting to photograph the new cubs when I heard a flapping and a chirrup – it was a little robin that had sat on my camera.
"Initially thinking it must’ve flown into me and got caught up in my hair, I freed his legs and opened out my hand, expecting him to fly away as quickly as he possibly could – but he didn’t; he stayed.
"I discussed what was best to do with the rangers and followed their guidance to stay near the woodland area while he was sat with me. He eventually flew into a tree and began singing."
