Whether you're a neighbour, a property watcher, or just curious about what's changing, here’s what’s in the pipeline this week.

Tent erection at Harewood House

An application has been lodged to install a temporary marquee within the courtyard of the Grade 1 listed building known as the ‘Stables’ at Harewood House, between October 15 and March 15 annually for the next five years.

The application comes on the back of a similar approved application which has been in place at the same location since 2020.

Documents say the marquee would provide seating from up to 104 people during Christmas and winter trading season, helping to increase footfall and activity, while supporting the economic sustainability of Harewood House Trust.

Comments by the public must be submitted by Friday, November 21 and can be done so here.
