One winner will receive a five-bedroom countryside home, all its furniture and a luxury Range Rover, or they can choose £1.3 million in cash
A 19p competition entry could win someone a fully furnished £1.85 million dream home in the Lancashire countryside, along with a 2023 Range Rover.
The extraordinary prize includes a contemporary five-bedroom property set within 1.77 acres in Woodplumpton, with every piece of furniture, fixture and fitting included. The winner of the £1.85 million Dream Home Bundle can also take a £1.3 million cash alternative instead.
The contemporary home is located behind electric gates in the village of Woodplumpton, Lancashire. It stands within 1.77 acres of private grounds and provides more than 3,700 sq ft of accommodation, including five en-suite bedrooms.
Unlike many property prizes that leave the winner needing to furnish a large home, the £1.85 million dream home prize includes the furniture, fixtures and fittings. That means the house is intended to be ready for its new owner to move into without first filling rooms or buying essential appliances.

Visitors enter through an oversized pivot door into a double-height hallway featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and a floating staircase. Venetian plaster, bespoke lighting and vaulted ceilings continue the modern design throughout the property.
The main living space combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge in one open-plan room. Its Gaggenau kitchen includes an industrial-sized fridge and freezer, Bora hob, Quooker boiling-water tap, wine chiller and a large central island designed for entertaining.
Sliding doors open the room onto a porcelain terrace and the surrounding countryside. The west-facing position is also intended to provide wide sunset views across the Lancashire landscape.
Smart-home technology controls the lighting and heating, while underfloor heating runs across the ground floor and into the integral garage. Air conditioning has also been installed in key living spaces.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom in the Lancashire dream home competition includes a cedar-clad private balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath.
Outside, the terrace leads towards a private field. The large plot could offer room for children and dogs, although any winner would need to consider the maintenance demands and ongoing costs that accompany a property of this size.
The second part of the prize is a black 2023 Range Rover D300. The vehicle has covered 32,000 miles and uses a 3.0-litre diesel engine producing a listed 296bhp through an automatic gearbox.
Its advertised performance figures include a 0-60mph time of 6.9 seconds and a top speed of 135mph. Exterior equipment includes electronic air suspension, a panoramic roof, privacy glass, flush door handles and gloss black alloy wheels.

Inside, the Range Rover prize features Windsor black leather, heated and ventilated memory seats, a heated steering wheel and a Meridian audio system.
Drivers also get a 13.1-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, configurable ambient lighting, wireless phone charging and a 360-degree camera system.
The live draw is scheduled for Friday, July 31 at 9pm and will be broadcast through Elite Competitions’ Facebook and YouTube channels. The draw is guaranteed to take place regardless of the number of entries sold, with one winner selected.
There are up to 25,999,999 entries available and each customer can hold a maximum of 12,500 tickets. A free postal entry route is also available through the organiser’s terms and conditions.
Those considering entering can view the £1.85 million Dream Home Bundle, Range Rover and cash alternative before the live draw.
Buying additional tickets increases the amount spent but does not guarantee a win, so entrants should read the full terms, check the free-entry instructions and spend only an amount they can comfortably afford.

Selling every 20 seconds worldwide, SmilePro’s Advanced Whitening Kit is one of the fastest-growing alternatives to expensive dentist whitening. The dentist-developed system claims to deliver visibly whiter teeth in just 10 minutes and is currently available with 50% off.

🏡 A new charity prize draw is offering the chance to win a £2.5 million home set in more than 7.5 acres of Dorset countryside near Shaftesbury. The five-bedroom house is fully furnished and designed to be energy self-sufficient, with solar panels, batteries and an air-source heat pump. Stamp duty and legal fees are included, and entrants can choose to support partner charities when buying tickets. 🌿
