The two-in-one Shark tool combines drying and straightening with ceramic plates, high-velocity airflow and three interchangeable combs.
Shark’s new SilkiPro hair straightener and dryer has been reduced to £199, giving shoppers £50.99 off its £249.99 RRP. The two-in-one tool is designed to dry and straighten hair in one step, making it an interesting option for anyone who wants to streamline their routine.
The Shark SilkiPro Hair Straightener & Dryer combines a hair dryer and ceramic straightener in a single tool, meaning you can move from wet hair to a smoother, straighter style without reaching for separate appliances.
The current £199 price is a 20% reduction from the £249.99 RRP, putting it in a more accessible position for anyone who has been considering investing in a premium wet-to-dry hair styler.

Launched in 2026, the Shark SilkiPro has already attracted attention as a more affordable rival to the Dyson Airstrait. Vogue recently compared the two wet-to-dry tools, highlighting the Shark's similar approach to drying and straightening hair in one device.
So how does it work? The Shark hair straightener has two styling modes. Wet mode uses high-velocity airflow alongside its ceramic plates to dry and straighten damp hair, while dry mode switches off the airflow so it can be used more like a conventional straightener. (SharkNinja UK)
It also comes with three interchangeable comb attachments, including a wide-tooth comb, gentle comb and precision comb. These are designed to help with different hair types and styling needs, from detangling and smoothing to creating a flatter finish.
Another feature is the built-in HeatSense ceramic technology. According to Shark, its heat sensors measure temperature 1,000 times per second and adjust accordingly during wet-to-dry styling.
The SilkiPro can also be used for more than simply creating straight hair. Shark says its design allows users to straighten, shape, curl or smooth their hair, while airflow can be directed towards the roots when drying.
There has already been positive feedback from beauty publications, too. Woman & Home's tester found the tool effective on curly hair and particularly liked the interchangeable combs, while describing it as a one-tool approach to drying and straightening.
At £199, the Shark SilkiPro Hair Straightener & Dryer is now £50.99 below its £249.99 RRP, making the current reduction worth a look if you're considering upgrading your hair tools.
