‘I attend every year with my adult daughter and we both love it’ said one excited Strictly Come Dancing fan

The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour is coming to Yorkshire, bringing the excitement and all of the BBC show’s razzamatazz to Sheffield on Tuesday, January 26, and Leeds on Friday, February 5, 2027.

Tickets are now on sale and are available from £43.95 for the show that fans who saw the last Strictly tour have called “better than on TV”.

A trip to see the stars could well make a perfect Christmas present for Strictly fans and are available via strictlycomedancing.com, Ticketmaster or TicketZone for those who want witness first hand all the drama, excitement, beautiful costumes, live musicians and singers as well as fun interaction between judges and competitors vying for the Glitterball trophy.

It is worth remembering that on the Strictly Live Tour that the audience plays a big part in the evening. It’s down to spectators to decide which couple will lift the Glitterball Trophy on the night.

The judges are there to critique and provide their invaluable opinions on each dance routine, but they do not hold the power. This lies with the audience, who can vote for their favourite couple using their mobile phones.

VIP packages for the Sheffield show are available from £60 to £200 here and for the Leeds show, priced at between £98.50 and £161.50. It looks like there are only a few dozen of these tickets left for the Leeds show.

The dance extravaganza has been directed by the fab-u-lous Craig Revel Horwood, and promises two hours of feel-good entertainment, with everything fans love about Strictly.

Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood will join Janette Manrara for the shows, following the launch show for the 2026 BBC series, audiences will revel in a new line-up of celebrities and professionals who will be taking to the dancefloor.

Head judge Shirley Ballas said: “I just love the Strictly tour and all the banter that I have with Anton and Craig! It’s the best way to start the year and I can’t wait to see our incredible fans all over the country.”

It is an event fans return to time and time again, one fan saying: “Great show from start to finish. I attend every year with my adult daughter and we both love it. Long may it continue.”

Another described it as “everything and more for a strictly fan, my five year old was in her element!”

“Seeing her face light up was truly magical, I've never watched an episode but thoroughly enjoyed it the lights, the fire, the dancers. The show was a an amazing experience and we have already planned on going next year.”

Strictly fans left lots of rave reviews for the last winter’s shows on the Ticketmaster website, one fan describing it as “amazing fun”, and continuing: “My fourth year running and it never disappoints!

“Glitter, music, sequins and of course the amazing dancing we all loved on the TV for all those weeks. So good to see the dances live and feel the energy... I LOVE STRICTLY!!!

JoJo said: “What a fabulous night. The show was fantastic, first class dancing, stunning costumes, lighting and stage show.”

Josie booked late for a show last February and had a word of warning, having arrived early, she said: “Great show but... tickets say start time is 12.30, arrived 11.45, doors opened 12.15 and show started at 13.30.”

Each tour performance will host a British Sign Language interpreter, who will be displayed on two very large screens on either side of the stage so that the audiences can book tickets and sit almost anywhere in the arena to enjoy the experience with family and friends.
