A deals website is selling laptops for just £59 in an early Black Friday sale.
Black Friday falls on Friday 28 November this year but big brands have abandoned the concept of a 24-hour sale for a month of discounts. Taking their lead from Amazon, whose own Black Friday deals are already live, one major deals website is offering eye-catching tech deals in the run-up to the event.
Wowcher is selling Acer laptops for just £59 in a deal that cuts nearly £200 from the original price of the lightweight device.
The Acer laptop is a lightweight portable device that can be used as a traditional laptop or a tablet, meaning it is ideal for use on the go.
It comes with an 11.6-inch touch screen display, up top ten hours of battery life on a single charge and duel HD cameras for video calls.
Inside, you get a 1.1ghz processor, 4GB or RAM and 16GB of storage, making it a useful laptop for work and light use at home.
The deal also includes a colourful case and headphones and makes the Acer one of the cheapest tablet and laptop hybrid devices on the market.
There is a catch for the £59 price tag. The Acer Chromebook Spin 11 laptops are actually refurbished models. Wowcher says the laptops are Grade B, which means there are some scuffs on the body of the laptops. However, the internal hardware is all in perfect working order.
The Acer is probably the best option on the site but there is a cheaper one for those who want to save more money. The Dell Chromebook 11 3100 is another refurbished laptop and tablet hybrid that is reduced to just £49 in the Black Friday sale.
