These photos take you back to 1981, capturing some of the people and places around Yorkshire that you might remember.
Among the nostalgic scenes are those of the many street parties held to celebrate the ill-fated marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer that summer.
Streets around Yorkshire turned red, white and blue as they were festooned with bunting, while tables were laden with scotch eggs, sausage rolls and cheese and pineapple hedgehogs.
This retro photo gallery also takes you back to a time when the three-wheeler Robin Reliant was all the rage, and it shows popular shops, pubs and nightclubs of the 80s.
Other memorable scenes include workers celebrating the launch of a new co-operative, formed from the ashes of their old company; youngsters drawing patterns in the night sky with sparklers; and a Coronation Street legend opening an amusement arcade.
Do these photos bring back any memories for you of the early 80s, and what do you miss most about life back then?

28. Co-operative
Wilshaw Rainwear is officially opened by Bradford's Lord Mayor, Councillor Daniel Coughlin, in September 1981. The workers' co-operative was set up by 25 former employees of Straightcode Ltd, of Broad Lane, Bradford, who pooled their redundancy money after the company went into liquidation in April. The five men and 20 women rented, painted and fitted out their new premises after buying equipment at knock-down prices from the old company. | YPN
