These wonderful photos chart a month in the life of your Leeds at the end of summer in the late 1990s. They turn back the clock to August 1997 and celebrate and showcase the best of what your city had to offer during a 31 days to remember. They feature a host of memories from events and landmarks around the city including Leeds West Indian Carnival, Harewood House, Roundhay Park and Leeds Town and Country Club. The photos are a mix from the YEP archive and others published courtesy of Yorkshire-based news & picture agency Guzelian.
