A 16-year-old held a fake gun to the head of a shop manageress at Threshers on Lidgett Lane as his pal filmed the terrifying ordeal - then told police it was a joke. The youth pointed the pistol at the terrified staff worker and ordered her to hand over cash before running off empty-handed. The pair then returned to the shop to tell police the raid was a joke and that the gun was a water pistol.
