There’s plenty of satisfied customers for this Leeds fast food takeaway – and now it’s been given a four-star hygiene rating too.
Grille and Co, which is based in Middleton and delivers hot, freshly-cooked food across Leeds, has been dishing up quality food and service for three years.
But in the midst of an £8k refurbishment of the premises, hygiene inspectors bumped it down to a one-star.
Owner Adnan explains: “We were taking some ATMs from the front of the building, which gave us more space to create a separate dessert area.” It was during this refurbishment that the Food Standards Agency paid a visit – and, although no building work was going on at the same time as food prep, Adnan says they still lost their stars.
But now they’re back, with a four star ‘good’ rating awarded at the end of April. And it’s not just the Food Standards Agency that are completely satisfied, but the customers too.
Grille and Co gets top marks on Just Eat with a 5* rating; it has 4.7 stars on Food Hub and 4.3 on Google.
