Prepare to be captivated by the soaring melodies of tracks like Uprising, Knights of Cydonia, Undisclosed Desires, Won’t Stand Down, and many more timeless favourites.
Whether you’re a lifelong Muse fan or new to their genre-defying sound, this performance promises to be an unforgettable fusion of rock and orchestral grandeur when the acclaimed production Muse: A Symphonic Tribute comes to Huddersfield Town Hall on Saturday 31st January.

Spark of inspiration
The innovative ensemble was born from a spark of inspiration over a decade ago, when NSP Director Matthew Moore played in a youth orchestra performing Rat Pack classics alongside a pop-classical vocalist. The experience ignited an idea to fuse the power and sophistication of a full symphony orchestra with the energy and emotion of contemporary popular music.
That idea came to fruition during lockdown, when a series of emails led to the formation of NSP. Since then, the group has delighted audiences across Sheffield and beyond with shows including Swift x Sheeran: Symphonic Tribute, Symphonic Love Songs, and Swing Into Christmas.
Their most ambitious project to date—Muse: A Symphonic Tribute—premiered in January 2024 to a capacity crowd at Sheffield City Hall’s ballroom. The production reimagines the epic sound of Muse with orchestral grandeur, blending rock and symphony in a thrilling live experience.
The Huddersfield performance will feature:
- Eight outstanding vocalists
- A four-piece professional rock band
- A full 25-piece symphony orchestra
In keeping with NSP’s commitment to celebrating local talent, the orchestra for this concert will include musicians from across Huddersfield and Kirklees. The setlist spans Muse’s biggest anthems—such as Knights of Cydonia and Uprising—alongside deeper cuts like the breathtaking Exogenesis Symphony.
Whether you’re a lifelong Muse fan or simply love powerful live music, Muse: A Symphonic Tribute promises an unforgettable evening of sound and spectacle.
