An Ofsted Outstanding Provider school in Leeds has organised two parent evenings, offering Y5 and Y6 pupils two unique pathways to their future – including the lure of career in the performing arts.

Trinity Academies Leeds (TAL) is hosting two Open Evenings for parents of current year 5 and 6 students looking to choose the next stage in their child's education.

The school is renowned for its high standards for academic success and behaviour and its extensive extra curricular offer in sport and the arts. TAL is also a caring and inclusive school that supports all students to reach their potential.

There are now two exciting routes for parents to choose from if they are interested in securing a place at this world class school.

Save the date

The first event is on Thursday, October 1, from 5 to 7pm. There will be a talk from the principal (available at 5.15 and 6.15pm) plus a chance to tour all the departments and meet teaching staff. All your questions will be answered, giving you a real flavour of the ethos and passion the school instils in each of its pupils.

The second event will showcase a unique opportunity for students from across the city to secure a place to study at TAL. If your child has a passion for Music, Drama, Singing or Dance, joining the Leeds Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) pathway might be the perfect choice for them. Not only will their talent be nurtured but they will also benefit from attending an Ofsted outstanding academy.

About the school

Mrs Cafferky (Principal) saod: “we take our children's education incredibly seriously and provide life changing opportunities for them alongside a strong academic curriculum. We are extremely proud of how polite, hardworking and kind our students are and our new Year 7's have made a phenomenal start. There are many great schools in Leeds, but I encourage you to attend our Open Evening, ask all the questions, and find out if we are the best choice for your child.”

Year 7 Parent 'TAL was the first and only choice for my child and she has settled in really well. I love that the school is safe and that the behaviour is really good. My child is learning so much and is really happy here, she loves all the clubs on offer too.'

Year 11 Parent 'My child achieved a really strong set of GCSE results and is off to study A-levels as he wants to be a paediatrician or surgeon. He would not have achieved this without the support of his teachers, they really go the extra mile for your child. I fully recommend the school to new parents but go and see for yourself.'

About the Open Evenings

There’s no need to book, simply pop in for a friendly chat about the future opportunities for your child on the academic pathway or performing arts pathway – two amazing routes to help your child achieve their best.
