Leeds United fans on Twitter: '˜He'd give us a right team of battlers'
We round up what Leeds United fans are discussing on social media.
@mattym2011. Everyone saying ‘Big Sam will take us up’ isn’t that what everyone thought Warnock would come in and do..& Monk..& TC.
@LPP2014. Allardyce, is the man for #lufc in my eyes. Some will agree, some won’t, but he’d give us a right team of battlers and some fantastic experience. Get him in @LUFC.
@ThommHol. @Robert1Green was excellent for Leeds United over the 2016/17 season. We have missed him
this year as Wiedwald and Lonergan weren’t up to his standard. #LUFC.
@ThommHol. Leeds United ‘have’ had some good players in the last 14 years. But most crumble under the weight of expectation. The ones that don’t... end up playing a higher level. Need lots of big players/ investment to be able to deal
with the expectation of #LUFC.
@leedeetee. Looking at the league for next year, with 0 games played we’re sat in 9th. Shall we just sack next season off and save us all the hassle? 9th is significant progress. #lufc
