Big Leeds United call made for Manchester United friendly in Dublin with Whites pair overlooked

Leeds United face bitter rivals Manchester United at Croke Park in Dublin tonight in a pre-season friendly.

A big Leeds United call has been made on Wednesday night’s pre-season friendly against Manchester United in Dublin after a recent Whites run.

The Whites and Red Devils will lock horns in a 7.30pm kick-off at Croke Park, ahead of which Leeds have won their last three games with victories against Sunderland, Liverpool and RB Leipzig in pre-season friendlies.

The bookies, though, have made a big call on Leeds in making the Whites big odds to beat the Red Devils at a best priced 11-4.

Manchester United are odds on across the board in being no bigger than 17-20 whilst the draw is on offer at 29-10.

Michael Carrick’s Red Devils also have the first four players in the anytime scorer market which is headed by Benjamin Sesko at 6-5, just ahead of both Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha at 6-4 and then Chido Obi at 13-8.

Overlooked in the market, Whites pair Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Noah Okafor are next at 13-8, ahead of three more Manchester United men in Marcus Rashford (7-4), Joshua Zirkzee (7-4) and Bruno Fernandes (2-1).
