Former Leeds United boss Simon Grayson back in management in new League One quest

PROMOTION-winning former Leeds United boss Simon Grayson is back in management as the new head coach of League One side Fleetwood Town.

Grayson, who took Leeds out of League One and up to the Championship back in 2010, has agreed a deal to take charge of Fleetwood until the end of the season following the departure of former boss Joey Barton earlier this month.

Grayson, 51, has been out of management since being sacked as Blackpool boss in February 2020.

He arrives at Fleetwood having already taken four different clubs to the Championship from League One.
