All the key information you need to know as Leeds United prepare to face Fulham at Elland Road.

Leeds United return to Premier League action this weekend with Fulham their upcoming visitors to Elland Road. Daniel Farke’s side beat Derby County 3-1 in the FA Cup third round last time out thanks to second-half goals from Willy Gnonto, Ao Tanaka and James Justin.

Having drawn Birmingham City in the fourth round, Leeds can put their FA Cup ambitions on hold for a few weeks with Premier League survival the priority. They will start the weekend two places and eight points clear of West Ham in 18th, having gone seven unbeaten before last weekend’s 4-3 defeat at Newcastle.

Fulham have climbed up to ninth in the Premier League thanks to their own unbeaten run and will provide a difficult challenge. And ahead of another intriguing top-flight clash, the YEP has all the key information you need to know.

When is Leeds United vs Fulham?

Leeds welcome Fulham to Elland Road on Saturday, January 17 for the return of Premier League football after a weekend of cup action. The meeting is one of seven top-flight fixtures to take place on Saturday.

How to follow Leeds United vs Fulham

Unfortunately, UK-based fans are unable to watch Saturday’s Elland Road clash due to it being among the 3pm kick-offs. English football still has a blackout in place for the traditional kick-off slot, preventing games from being shown live on TV between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on Saturday.

The blackout also prevents live streaming of any 3pm kick-offs including Leeds vs Fulham, although BBC West Yorkshire Sport will have live radio commentary from Elland Road. The YEP, meanwhile, will have full coverage online including a live blog, team news, instant reaction and analysis after the full-time whistle.

Goals and key highlights will be available to watch on Sky Sports from 5.15pm, either on the Sky Sports app or Sky Sports YouTube channel. A more in-depth highlights package will be shown on Match of the Day, which airs at 10:30pm on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer.

Leeds United vs Fulham team news

The Whites are expected to be without winger Daniel James who remains sidelined with a hamstring tendon injury, while Sebastiaan Bornauw’s involvement is doubtful after he suffered a minor adductor issue at Derby. Sean Longstaff and Joe Rodon have both returned from fitness issues in recent weeks while Jayden Bogle could be involved, having recovered from a calf problem.

Fulham’s Nigerian trio Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi and Samuel Chukwueze remain at the Africa Cup of Nations where they face Egypt in a third-place play-off on Saturday. Summer Leeds target Rodrigo Muniz is also unavailable having undergone hamstring surgery earlier this season while Josh King and Kenny Tete could both return.
