Is Leeds United vs Burnley on TV? Coverage details, kick-off time, when Tottenham, West Ham and Forest play
Coverage details of Leeds United’s huge Friday night visit of Burnley.
Leeds United could put themselves on the cusp of guaranteed Premier League survival with victory against visiting Burnley tonight - but is the game on TV?
Five days on from Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-finals, Daniel Farke’s Whites will resume their bid to keep top-flight status with tonight’s Elland Road showdown against already-relegated Burnley.
The second-bottom Clarets were mathematically consigned to relegation through last week’s 1-0 defeat at home to Manchester City and the club announced on Thursday morning that manager Scott Parker had left the club.
Assistant coach Mike Jackson will now be in charge for this evening’s trip to Leeds, ahead of which Farke’s men sit 15th and six points clear of the drop zone with just three games left.
By virtue of playing first this weekend, a win against the Clarets would open up a new nine-point gap to the drop zone and this evening’s 8pm kick-off is being broadcast on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra HDR.
West Ham next to go after Leeds
As far as United’s relegation rivals go, fourth-bottom West Ham will then be next to play on Saturday afternoon in a 3pm kick-off at ninth-placed Brentford which is not being televised.
Third-bottom Tottenham Hotspur then play on Sunday evening with an absolutely enormous 7pm kick-off at fifth-placed Aston Villa which is being shown on TNT Sports 1, TNT Sports Ultimate and HBO Max.
Fifth-bottom Nottingham Forest will then be last to play on Bank Holiday Monday afternoon in a 3pm kick-off at eighth-placed Chelsea which is being televised on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Ultra HDR.
Leeds begin the weekend six points clear of Tottenham, four clear of West Ham and one ahead of Forest.
