Fresh injury news has been provided for Leeds United’s return to action at Crystal Palace - for which just one player is now out as key men return but with doubts over four others.
The two sides are having very different approaches to Sunday’s 2pm kick-off at Selhurst Park, ahead of which Palace are in action just three days earlier with Thursday night’s Europa Conference League clash at home to AEK Larnaca.
That, though, will present Palace’s first fixture in a week, the Eagles having had the weekend off by virtue of being out of the FA Cup and having not played since last Thursday evening’s Premier League clash at Tottenham Hotspur.
Conversely, Leeds have had a free midweek on the back of Sunday’s 3-0 win at home to Norwich City in the FA Cup fifth round.
Fresh injury news has now been provided ahead of Sunday’s clash at Selhurst Park and, here, we run through the current state of play on the injury and suspension fronts from both camps.

![A very big boost for the Eagles, literally, the club's powerhouse striker Mateta having been out since January with a knee injury but now back in the mix having returned to training on Monday. He is, though, not yet considered an option for 90 minutes. Speaking ahead of Thursday night's Europa Conference League clash against AEK Larnaca, Eagles boss Oliver Glasner said: "JP started to train with us on Monday this week, and he will be in the squad. Everything goes in the right direction. He didn’t train for five or six weeks on the pitch, and he’s now back for three days, so no chance [of 90 minutes].
“But it’s good to have him back."](https://www.thestar.co.uk/jpim-static/image/2026/03/12/10/15/GettyImages-2265938842.jpg?crop=4:3&trim=&width=800)

3. BACK: Maxence Lacroix
Palace's French centre-back Lacroix was suspended for Thursday night's clash at Tottenham having been sent off in his side's 2-1 defeat at Manchester United for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity, an offence which carries a standard one-game ban. Glasner has confirmed that the defender is now back from suspension. | Getty Images

5. BACK: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
A huge boost and indeed relief for Leeds. Whites no 9 Calvert-Lewin was one of two key Whites players who did not make Sunday's matchday squad against Norwich, Farke revealing afterwards that the striker had been experiencing a knee problem in the build-up to the game. Calvert-Lewin, though, has since revealed it was always the plan for him to be rested and that is now ready to go ahead of Sunday's trip to Selhurst Park. “Everything’s good”, Calvert-Lewin said on CBS Sports. “It was always the plan for me to take a little break of a few days after the double gameweek that we’ve just had in the Premier League. So yeah, everything’s going to plan, back in training tomorrow and ready to go.” | Richard Sellers/PA Wire

6. DOUBT: Daniel Munoz
A big one for Palace, the club's influential Colombian international wing back Munoz suffering a shoulder injury in Thursday's clash against Spurs and forced off after just 14 minutes. Munoz remains out but the Eagles star is attempting to be back in time for Sunday's visit of Leeds. Glasner said on Wednesday: "He’s working hard with our medical staff to be ready for the Leeds game." | AFP via Getty Images
