Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin shares interesting social media post after Daniel Farke news

Leeds United boss Daniel Farke had news about Dominic Calvert-Lewin at Friday’s pre-Nottingham Forest press conference.

Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has shared a promising social media post after Daniel Farke news ahead of Sunday’s huge Premier League clash at Nottingham Forest.

Calvert-Lewin has started United’s last seven games but Farke revealed at Friday’s pre-Forest press conference that the forward faced a race against time to feature this weekend due to an adductor injury.

Farke said that Calvert-Lewin was “doing his rehab, progressing well but is not in team training yet” as he added that Leeds still had a couple more days but wouldn’t take any risks.

Anton Stach among those to show his approval

Around half an hour after the press conference had finished, Calvert-Lewin took to social media platforms X and Instagram to post four photographs of himself training - two with teammates in the background - together with a running emoji.

Teammate Anton Stach was among those to like the post on Instagram.

The YEP is of the understanding that the photographs are not from today as the Whites trained this morning.

However, the interesting timing of the post at least offers an encouraging update ahead of Sunday afternoon’s huge Premier League showdown at Forest.
