Leeds United got their first win of pre-season against Sunderland overnight with their new home kit on show. A 1-0 victory came via Lukas Nmecha’s early long-range strike with new signing Tarik Muharemovic among the star performers.
Next season’s home shirt split opinion following its official release earlier this week, with its yellow and blue horizontal pinstripe design a slight veer away from the all-white top we’ve often seen. But these kits always look better on the professionals than they do on some mannequin.
They also start to look better when Leeds keep winning in them, and in the home shirt so far they are one victory from one. Take a look below to see what the home shirt looked like Muharemovic, Harry Wilson, Ethan Ampadu and others last night.
